Garlic Spaghetti

Boil 200g of spaghetti in salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, sauté 2 minced garlic cloves, and add 1 cup of marinara sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then mix in the drained pasta. Top with grated Parmesan and fresh basil. Ready in just 15 minutes!

Biriyani

Marinate chicken in yogurt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Heat ghee in a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden, then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned. In a separate pot, cook basmati rice with water, salt, and whole spices (cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom). Layer the cooked chicken mixture with the rice, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with fried onions and fresh cilantro. Ready in 30 minutes!

Butter Chicken

Marinate chicken in yogurt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Heat butter in a pan, sauté chopped onion until golden, then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add marinated chicken, cook until browned, then stir in cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Ready in 20 minutes!

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
Adjust red chili to taste for more or less spice.
Use bone-in chicken for a richer, juicier result.

Qatari Spiced Rice

Sauté chopped onion in oil until golden, then add minced garlic, ginger, and tomatoes, cooking for 5 minutes. Stir in Majboos Qatari Masala, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, and black limes. Add chicken and cook until browned. Mix in soaked basmati rice and broth, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes, fluff with a fork, and garnish with fresh cilantro and toasted nuts. Ready in 35 minutes!

Persian Kebab

Marinate ground lamb or beef with grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, and lemon juice. Shape into skewers and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté sliced onion until soft, then add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and tender. Slice the chicken thinly, then serve in warm pita bread with garlic sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Garnish with fresh parsley. Ready in 20 minutes!
